    Ingredientes:
    - 200 gr harina
    - 1/2 cdita azúcar

    CAULIFLOWER BAGEL RECIPE\r
    3 cups packed cauliflower rice (600g or 21 ounces)\r
    pinch of kosher sea salt\r
    1/4 tsp garlic powder\r
    2 eggs, beaten\r
    2 tbsp. almond flour\r
    2 tbsp. coconut flour\r
    \r
    EVERYTHING BAGEL SPICE COMBO\r
    1 tbsp. poppy seed\r
    1 tbsp. sesame seed\r
    1 tbsp. minced garlic\r
    1 tbsp. minced onion\r
    3/4 tsp. kosher sea salt\r
    \r
    Pre heat oven to 400\r
    \r
    Line a rimed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.\r
    \r
    In a large bowl, combine cauliflower rice, salt, garlic powder, eggs, almond flour and coconut flour. Mix until everything is well combined.\r
    \r
    Take about 1/4 cup of the dough and start by forming a ball between the palms of your hands. Give the dough a gentle squeeze to extr any excess liquid and then flatten that ball out a bit keeping the edges rounded and then poke whole in the center. The dough is delicate, so work slowly and take your time. (See video for step by step instructions).\r

    Place the bagel on the rimmed baking sheet and repeat until you have 8 bagels.\r
    \r
    Sprinkle the everything bagel spice mixture over the top of each bagel, and gently push the seeds onto the bagel using the back of a spoon.\r
    \r
    Pop into the oven for 30 minutes or until the bagels are set through and golden brown.\r
    \r
    Allow to cool completely before slicing and adding your favorite bagel toppings.\r
    \r
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.\r

    2 cups finely chopped leftover turkey \r
    1/3 cup finely diced celery\r
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts\r
    1/4 cup dried cranberries\r
    2 tsp. curry powder\r
    salt and pepper to taste\r
    1/3 cup 2% Greek yogurt\r
    1 tbsp. mayonnaise\r
    butter lettuce\r
    2 slices whole grain bread \r

    In a medium bowl, combine turkey, celery, walnuts, cranberries, curry powder, salt, pepper, yogurt, and mayo. Mix until everything is well incorporated.\r

    When you are ready to build your sandwich, layer the butter lettuce on the bottom layer of the bread, top with turkey salad, pop on the top and enjoy!\r

    2-3 slices of tomato\r
    2 slices organic, nitrate free bacon\r
    1/4 avocado, sliced \r

    Divide the mayo between the top and bottom of your bread. Layer the bottom of the bread with baby spinach (I like to pile it on!).\r

    Next layer on the tomato, turkey, bacon and avocado. Pop on the top and gently slice in half. Enjoy!\r

    Turkey Apple + Cheddar Sandwich\r
    \r
    1 tablespoon whole grain mustard\r
    1 tablespoon of hummus\r
    big handful of fresh arugula\r
    2 ounces leftover turkey\r
    1 ounce sliced cheddar cheese\r
    1/2 small green apple, thinly sliced\r
    2 slices whole grain bread\r
    \r
    Spread the mustard on the bottom half of the bread and the hummus on the top half of the bread.\r
    \r
    Layer arugula over the bottom half then top with turkey, cheese, and apple. Pop on the top and enjoy!\r

  • Suji Pizza Recipe | Easy Pizza Recipes In Hindi | Breakfast Recipes - Ep-182

    This is an Indian style homemade easy Suji pizza recipe. This breakfast spicy pizza recipe is very easy to make. Learn how to make pizza with this evening snacks recipe. Some makes bread pizza but I love this recipe. Its healthy recipe too.\r
    Full Recipe:\r
    \r
    1 ½ cup Semolina/suji\r
    1 cup plain yogurt\r
    Salt to taste\r
    2 pieces of chopped green chilly\r
    Tomato sauce\r
    Chilly sauce\r
    Black pepper powder\r
    2medium sized finely chopped onion\r
    2 small finely chopped tomato\r
    Freshly chopped coriander leaves\r
    Sev as required\r
    1 tsp Soda/ eno as required\r
    2 tbsp oil\r
    \r
    How to make Suji Pizza Recipes:\r
    1. Take a Bowl and add Semolina, salt to taste, yogurt and mix it well for few seconds.\r
    2. I have not added water but if the mixture is dry add water as needed and mix them properly into a smooth batter. Make sure there should be no lumps in it.\r
    3. Now let it rest the batter for 15-20 minutes.\r
    4. After 15 minutes uncovered the batter and you will see the batter has become smooth and slightly thick as rava absorbs the water so add water accordingly to get the right consistency, mix it well.\r
    5. Now the batter is ready. It should not be too thick or too light like dropping water. It should have medium thickness.\r
    6. To make Suji pizza base do not add soda or eno at once take another bowl and put soda/eno in the mixture which you are going to cook and let the extra batter wait on counter top to finish the cooking of first Suji pizza base. \r
    7. Put ¼ cup of suji mixture in a bowl and add ¼ tsp of soda, mix it well.\r
    8. Take a non-stick pan and grease the pan with little oil, once the pan becomes medium hot pour the batter. Do not spread the batter thinly, spread thick batter. \r
    9. Size of the Suji pizza base depends upon the batter you have taken to spread.\r
    10. Drizzle little oil all around and top of the suji pizza, Cover with the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes from downwards on low flame till it becomes brown.\r
    11. After 3 minutes you will see the upper surface has changes its colour, now flip the Suji pizza and cook it from other side too.\r
    12. Cook for 2 minutes only from other side, no need to cook too much. Once it turns light brown take it out from the pan, this way non-spicy suji pizza base is ready.\r
    13. Once you finish the cooking of first pizza base then again put some suji mixture in a bowl and add soda/eno, mix it well. Repeat the same process for the remaining suji mixture.\r
    14. To make Spicy Suji pizza base- Pour the batter and put some chopped green chilly on top and if you like can sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves, drizzle oil all around the edges and cook it just like non-spicy Suji Pizza base.\r
    15. Base of suji pizza is ready; now lets start making Suji Pizza-\r
    16. Take both spicy and non-spicy Pizza base in a tray.\r
    17. Put 1 tsp of tomato and 1 tsp of chilly sauce on both the pizza base and spread it evenly all around with the spoon.\r
    18. Now spread some finely chopped onion and tomato over the suji pizza.\r
    19. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and lastly garnish it with some sev and chopped coriander leaves.\r
    20. Indian style Suji pizza is ready to serve.\r
    21. Serve hot.\r
    Note:\r
    1. You can also spread Pizza pasta sauce.\r
    2. You can also sprinkle Oregano or chilly flakes and can garnish it with some grated cheese.\r
    3. Dont use chilly sauce while making for kids.\r

    Tomato pasta is an Italian pasta recipe with the boiled pasta tossed with freshly prepared tomato puree and a generous use of choicest Italian herbs\r

    Spaghetti\r

    Olive oil 2 tbsp\r
    Garlic (chopped) 3 cloves\r
    Onion (chopped) 1no\r
    Tomatoes (blanched) 4 nos\r
    Tomato puree 3 tbsp\r
    Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp\r
    Sugar ½ tsp\r
    vinegar ½ tsp\r
    Chilli flakes ½ tsp\r
    Pepper powder ¼ tsp\r
    Oregano ¼ tsp\r
    Thyme pinch\r
    Rosemary pinch\r
    Bell pepper (red and green) each ½ no\r
    \r

    \r
    Method :\r
    Boil the water and add spaghetti and cook till 80% done.\r
    Heat olive oil in a pan add chopped garlic, chopped onions, blanched tomatoes, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, sugar, vinegar, Chilli flakes, pepper powder and add required water cook it for 5 minutes.\r
    Now add oregano, thyme, rosemary, chopped red and green bell pepper pieces.\r
    Lower the heat and simmer until as thick.\r
    Now the cooked pasta should be add to the sauce pan mix it slowly.\r
    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

    Gyudon (牛丼), literally means beef bowl, is an extremely popular Japanese dish consisting of a bowl of rice topped with beef and onions, simmered in a mildly sweet and salty broth, flavored with dashi (fish stock), soy sauce, sake, sugar and mirin. \r
    Gyudon can be found in many restaurants in Japan and some fast food chains specialize exclusively in the dish. The largest gyudon chains in Japan are Yoshinoya, Matusya and Sukiya.\r

    Ingredients:\r
    \r
    2.5 cup besan (bengal gram flour)\r
    2 tsp sugar\r
    3 green chilli \r
    1 tbsp salt \r
    1 tbsp turmeric\r
    1 tbsp baking powder\r
    A pinch of baking soda\r
    3 cups water for mixture and sugar syrup\r
    2 1/2 tsp oil for greasing and cooking\r
    1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)\r
    10 curry leaves (kadi patta)\r
    1 tsp citric acid (nimbu ka phool) or 1 tsp lemon juice\r
    \r
    For The Garnish:\r
    \r
    2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)\r
    \r
    Method :\r
    \r
    1. Combine the besan, turmeric, lemon juice, salt and water to make a smooth batter.\r
    \r
    2. Keep the mixture aside for 30 minutes.\r
    \r
    3. After 30 minutes add baking powder and soda ,whisk quickly and add to the greased tray.\r
    \r
    4. Place the greased tray in preheated Dhokla stand and cook for 25 minutes on lower flame.\r
    \r
    5. After 25 minutes check with the help of fork, if the fork comes out clean that means your Dhokla is ready.\r
    \r
    6. Allow Dhokla to cool, then cut in desired shape and place in fridge for 15 minutes.\r
    \r
    For Sugar Syrup:\r
    \r
    1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a small pan and add the mustard seeds.\r
    \r
    2. When the seeds crackle, add curry leaves and cook till they are little brown, then add 2 cups of water ,sugar and let it come to a boil.\r
    \r
    3. Add one tbsp lemon juice and cook till the syrup is little thick ,less than one thread consistency.\r
    \r
    4. Remove from the flame and allow to cool.\r
    \r
    Pour this tempering syrup over the dhoklas and garnished with coriander leaves.\r
    \r
