Russia using dirty bomb claims to blackmail world into negotiations, says Ukraine defence minister
Oleksii Reznikov says Russia is trying to create a sense of anxiety as a precursor to negotiations that would, presumably, allow it to keep land it has seized. Europe correspondent @adamparsons Ukraine’s defence minister says he thinks Russia is trying to "blackmail" the world into negotiations by raising the spectre of a dirty bomb. Speaking to reporters in Kyiv, Oleksii Reznikov claimed the Russian government was trying to distract from the failure of his country's military mobilisation, and also to stop Western nations from suppling armaments and equipment to Ukraine. Earlier this week, Sergei Shoigu, the Russian defence minister, claimed Ukraine was preparing to use a dirty bomb (a combination of explosive and radioactive material) on its own territory as a way of discrediting Russia. He presented no evidence and his claim was immediately denied by Ukraine, Britain, America and NATO, among others. The Israeli Prime Minister said both parties will have to make painful concessions. In an exclusive interview, Dr. Saeeb Erakat, the chief Palestinian negotiator, told RT what he hopes the outcome will be.

Frional Gold in my purchasing strategy..
I tend to favor frional gold over full ounces. The premium is flexible and leaves room for negotiation up and down depending on necessity to sell or complete a set on the buy. This method helps me accumulate without ually doing a lump sum purchase. Im also able to have more than one unit of the coin if I need to sell one or if it hits a certain price target without completely unloading my position in the coin.\r

NPT review conference starts
The United Nations has opened its 8th international conference to review progress in implementing the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. The UN Secretary General called on Iran to restore trust with the international community on the peaceful nature of its nuclear program. Zhang Yajing has the story.
The month-long conference consists of a four-day general debate and closed-door negotiations, that aim to strengthen the international non-proliferation regime. It will also work to improve safety of nuclear materials and facilities.
The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, cited recent advances in the disarmament agenda, including a new arms reduction treaty between the US and Russia, as "encouraging signs of progress."
On the Iran nuclear issue, the UN chief urged Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to engage with the international community constructively.
Ban Ki-Moon of UN secretary-general says, "With respect to the Iranian nuclear programme, I call on Iran to fully comply with the Security Council resolutions and fully cooperate with the IAEA. I encourage Iran to accept the nuclear fuel supply proposal put forward by the agency. This would be an important confidence building measure."
The conference is meant to produce a final document that will work towards the goal of preventing the spread of nuclear arms, while working towards reducing and eventually eliminating all atomic weapons.Ver video "NPT review conference starts"
