How To Make & Cook Armenian Shish Kebab\r

2kg Diced Lamb Shoulder or Leg\r

2 diced onions\r
1 tbsp salt\r
1 tbsp oregano\r
1/2 tbsp black pepper\r
1 heaped tbsp tomato paste\r
1 tbsp crushed garlic\r
1/2 handful chopped parsley\r
1/2 cup vegetable oil\r
1/2 cup pomegranate juice\r
1 tbsp sweet paprika\r
2 tbsp dry wine (chardonnay works best)\r
2 tbsp lime juice\r

Sólo se debe tener cuidado de no introducir recipientes metálicos que puedan causar daños irreparables al aparato al reflejar las microondas.
¿Cuál es el mejor horno microondas del mercado?
El horno microondas puede sustituir fácilmente al horno eléctrico o a gas, sobre todo porque se han presentado en el mercado modelos con interesantes opciones como Grill, una característica con la que se puede asar a la parrilla y conseguir una cocción perfecta de los distintos platos gracias a un dispositivo de infrarrojos situado en la parte superior del microondas, en la cámara de cocción emite un calor aún más fuerte que el del propio horno.
Para un uso completo es aconsejable elegir un modelo con Crisp Plate, un plato antiadherente que atrae el calor en la zona central y permite una cocción homogénea en pocos minutos freír, dorar o elevar los distintos platos. Otro aspecto interesante es su capacidad de estabilizar y evitar así la quema de alimentos - ¡pizzas nunca más tostadas, ennegrecidas y quemadas!
Los hornos de microondas modernos también están ventilados por un ventilador en su interior, que gira durante el funcionamiento del aparato. Esta función le permite cocinar con los mismos resultados - y sabores - de los hornos tradicionales, pero en cuestión de minutos. El ventilador de hecho gira y permite la circulación de aire caliente, acelerando así la cocción suave y rápida - secando la superficie de los platos y formando esa sabrosa corteza en toda la superficie de la comida, característica de la cocción.
