Como hacer Dominadas desde cero
Sin duda las Dominadas es uno de los mejores ejercicios para darle forma a nuestra espalda y para adquirir fuerza
A continuación veremos cómo realizarlas desde cero
Tener en cuenta que para una dominada bien hecha, tenemos que subir completamente y nuestro mentón debe de quedar por encima de la barra y bajaremos hasta que nuestros brazos queden estirados
Primero que todo buscaremos una barra o un objeto lo suficientemente firme para colgarnos de esta manera, con las piernas extendidas y el cuerpo totalmente recto trataremos de llevar nuestro cuerpo hasta la barra
Lo aremos las veces que sea necesario asta que no nos cueste demasiado
Después, nos colgaremos a una barra y aremos negativas, primero que todo nos ayudaremos con nuestros pies saltando, y bajando lo más lento posible, esto es para empezar a adquirir fuerza, cada vez trataremos de bajar lo más lento posible
Luego trataremos de sosteneros arriba, tener presente que nuestro mentón debe de estar por encima de la barra
Practicaremos esto las veces que sea necesario, poco a poco iremos ganando fuerza y aremos una dominada bien hecha después dos e iremos aumentando, si no te sale a la primera no te desesperes si tienes constancias lo lograras.

This is a tutorial for the forward roll
Arms strength: this exercises are focus on strengthening the muscles involved in the pushing actions of the arms, the push-ups with bent knees are easier than the same exercise with straight legs, the next step is to perform the push-ups with full extension of the legs. The push-ups in pike position are very useful in the first part of the forward roll this same exercise can also be performed in a wall.
Abdominal Strength: the abdominal exercises are focused on developing the strength in the muscles that flex the lumbar spine, this exercise should be performed by throwing forward the arms.
Legs Strength: the exercises of the legs are focused on developing the strength in the muscles involved in the jumping actions and the bouncing actions, this exercises mimic the first and the last part of the exercise, since early stages we must learn how to jump and to bounce.
Flexibility: this exercises develop the flexibility in the neck and the hip joint, and and also the stretching feature of the muscles that opposed to the tucking of the body
Methodology: the first step is to lean forward and backwards, after that we should touch the ground with our feet and then we start to touch the ground with our hands, this exercise help with the first part of the forward roll these are the basic exercises for the forward roll.

(SPOKEN) Seriously, this is one very tough truck. It uses its blade in front to scrape, push and move materials around. And it uses its ripper in back to tear up hard ground. The ripper can have just one shank, like on this dozer, or it can two or more shanks. The shanks are the teeth that the ripper uses to break up the ground. This truck has a ripper with two shanks. Listen, can you hear it scraping against the rocks as it tears up the earth!\r

Bulldozers use big metal tracks to move around. This gives them plenty of trion, allowing them to work just about anywhere. You might see bulldozers like this one working in a landfill or a dump, pushing piles of trash around.\r

And heres another interesting thing about bulldozers: some of these trucks have decelerators instead of accelerators. This means that these trucks will just keep moving unless the driver steps on the decelerator to slow them down. Go, dozer, Go!\r
