    INGREDIENTS:\r
    \r
    Paneer(Indian cottage cheese) - 200g, cut into cube shape,\r
    thick yogurt - 3 tbsp,\r
    Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tbsp,\r
    Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp,\r
    Garam masala powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp,\r
    Fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp,\r
    Salt to taste,\r
    Lemon juice - 1tbsp,\r
    Red, green, yellow bel paper - 1/2 cup of each cut into paneer sizes,\r
    Onion - 1/2 cup cut into paneer sizes,\r
    Oil - 3-4 tbsp,\r
    Bamboo skewers - 3 pieces, \r
    \r
    METHOD:\r
    \r
    Take a mixing bowl add yogurt, all the dry spices, lemon juice and salt, mix well.\r
    \r
    Put paneer pieces and coat it nicely with the batter.\r
    \r
    Add all the vegetables and again mix nicely then cover, keep it a side for 30 mins.\r
    \r
    Into the bamboo skewers first put a piece of paneer then put bel paper then put a pice of onion again put a piece of paneer, repeat the same process until complete the one bamboo skewers.\r
    \r
    Heat the oil in a pan put paneer skewers into it and roast it until golden brown, flip it and roast other side properly.\r
    \r
    Serve hot.

    Perfect Steak Sandwich\r
    Ingredients:\r
    One small onion\r
    Honey or sugar\r
    Sprig of thyme\r
    Sundried tomatoes\r
    Horseradish\r
    Mayo\r
    Skirt steak\r
    \r
    Slice your onion place in a greased pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Turn heat down to medium low and allow them to cook through for 7-8 minutes. \r
    Add a touch of honey or sugar for extra caramelization. Set aside.\r
    Optional step: Add a sprig of thyme to your onions for added flavor. \r
    Boil sundried tomatoes to soften. \r
    Grate a chunk of horseradish into your food processor. \r
    Add softened tomatoes to food processor and blend. \r
    Remove from food processor and in a bowl fold 3 tbsp of mayo into your tomato mixture. Set aside. \r
    Season your skirt steak with salt and pepper to taste. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes. \r
    Heat some oil in a pan and toss in your steak. Continue turning your steak every 15 seconds until it is cooked to your liking.\r
    Remove and let sit for 10-15 minutes. \r
    Slice open your choice of bread and toast cut side down on your pan. \r
    Spread your tomato spread on your bread.\r
    Reccommended: Add peashoots over your spread. Delicious!\r
    Lay on your steak over your spread and pile on your caramelized onions. ENJOY!\r

    KERALA STYLE VEGETABLE BIRIYANI\r

    INGREDIENTS: \r
    Basmati rice- 1.5 cups( see notes)\r
    Cardamom-3 nos\r
    Cinnamon stick,1.5 piece-2 nos\r
    Bay leaf-1 no\r
    Cloves- 5 to 6 nos\r
    Ginger,chopped- 1 tsp\r
    Garlic,chopped-1 tsp\r
    Green chilies,cut vertically-2 or 3 nos( or to taste)\r
    Onion,sliced- 1 medium( 3/4 cup)\r
    Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp\r
    Kashmiri chili powder- 1/2 to 1 tsp( according to taste)\r
    Garam masala-1/2 tsp\r
    Tomato,chopped- 1 medium( 1/2 cup)\r
    Thick coconut milk-1/2 cup\r
    Cooked vegetables( beans,carrot,green peas,cauliflower)-1.5 to 2 cups\r
    Coriander leaves-to garnish\r
    Oil-as required\r
    Ghee-as required\r
    Salt-to taste\r
    \r
    \r
    TO GARNISH: \r
    Onion,finely sliced- 1 small\r
    Cashew nuts-10 to 12 nos\r
    Raisins-1 tbsp\r
    Oil/Ghee-as required\r
    Coriander leaves,chopped-as required\r
    Garam masala-1/8 tsp\r
    \r
    \r
    INSTRUCTIONS: \r
    \r
    \r
    Heat oil/Ghee in a pan ,add rice and saute for 3 to 4 minutes,pour sufficient amount of water(approximately 3 cups) and add salt to taste.Cook until rice is 3/4th done.Keep aside.\r
    Heat oil/ghee in a pan and fry sliced onion, cashew nuts and raisins (for garnishing)separately until it turns brown and keep aside.\r
    Now heat oil in a pan ,add the whole spices(cardamon,cinnamon,cloves and bay leaves.) and saute till fragrant.\r
    Add ginger ,garlic,green chili and onion , saute till onion turn almost brown.\r
    Reduce heat to low,add turmeric powder,chili powder and garam masala,saute till raw smell leaves.\r
    Add tomato and saute till it is completely cooked ,and masala starts to leave the sides of the pan.\r
    Pour in the coconut milk and add salt to taste.Add the cooked vegetables and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low flame or until the gravy turns thick.Switch off the stove ,add coriander leaves and mix well.\r
    In a heavy bottomed pan arrange the vegetable masala and cooked rice in layers.Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves , garam masala( 1/8 tsp) and few drops of ghee(adding ghee is optional) on each layer of rice.Garnish with fried onions,cashew nuts and raisins.Cover the vessel with aluminium foil.\r
    Preheat oven to 200 deg C.Bake this for about 10 to 12 minutes.(For stove top method,heat a tava/dosa pan and place the biriyani vessel on top of the tava,reduce flame to low and cook for about 20 minutes.)\r
    Serve with onion salad.\r

    If you like more masala for the biriyani ,use 1 and 1/4 cup rice ( like in the pic) or use 1.5 cups rice for a milder version.(I usually get about 3.5 cups cooked rice from 1 cup basmati rice.)\r

    Slice 2 strips of pork bacon, 1 polska kielbasa sausage and 1 small onion into small pieces and fry in a pan on medium heat for 10 minutes.\r

    Season with 1 tbs of salt and 1 tbs of black pepper.\r
    \r
    Place a big pot over medium heat and to the pot add a 55 oz can of baked beans. Add 3/4 cups of brown sugar, 2 big tablespoons of molasses, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp of dry mustard.\r

    Stir in well then add fried polska kielbasa onions and bacon and stir again\r
    \r
    Simmer on medium heat for 20-25 minutes and enjoy

    Tomatoes (blanched) 4 nos\r
    Tomato puree 3 tbsp\r
    Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp\r
    Sugar ½ tsp\r
    vinegar ½ tsp\r
    Chilli flakes ½ tsp\r
    Pepper powder ¼ tsp\r
    Oregano ¼ tsp\r
    Thyme pinch\r
    Rosemary pinch\r
    Bell pepper (red and green) each ½ no\r

    Method :\r
    Boil the water and add spaghetti and cook till 80% done.\r
    Heat olive oil in a pan add chopped garlic, chopped onions, blanched tomatoes, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, sugar, vinegar, Chilli flakes, pepper powder and add required water cook it for 5 minutes.\r
    Now add oregano, thyme, rosemary, chopped red and green bell pepper pieces.\r
    Lower the heat and simmer until as thick.\r
    Now the cooked pasta should be add to the sauce pan mix it slowly.\r
    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

    French Onion Soup\r
    \r
    1 tbsp oil\r
    2 tbsp butter\r
    5-6 large onions, finely sliced\r
    salt and pepper\r
    ½ tsp sugar \r
    2 tbsp flour\r
    2/3 cup apple cider OR red wine\r
    8 cups vegetable or beef broth\r
    2-3 sprigs fresh thyme\r
    baguette crostini or croutons\r
    Gruyere cheese, grated\r
    \r
    In a large Dutch oven or saucepot heat oil and butter over medium heat.\r
    Add onions and stir until they are well coated.\r
    Cover and cook onions for 15 minutes.\r
    Remove the lid and season the onions with salt, pepper and sugar.\r
    Cook the onions for an additional 30 minutes, stirring often. Onions should be deep golden brown.\r
    Once onions are caramelized stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.\r
    Add broth and fresh thyme and bring the mixture to a boil.\r
    Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes.\r
    Ladle soup into individual, oven-safe bowls and top with crostini and cheese.\r
    Bake at 375°F until cheese is melted and bubbly.\r
    Serve hot from the oven.\r

    enna's Beef Tips -

    Sirloin Tip Steaks (2-3 steaks)
    1 can of GOLDEN mushroom soup
    ½ can of water (use can from soup)
    ½ can of white cooking wine (use can from soup)
    1 packet of onion soup mix
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 medium onion cut into rings

    In your slow cooker, combine soup, water, cooking wine, onion soup mix, and minced garlic. Wisk together to remove lumps, then add onions and steaks (we just put them into the liquid whole, and pull the meat apart once it is cooked... you can cut meat up before cooking if you choose). Make sure the steaks are fully covered in the mixture; you can add a little liquid if needed to cover the steaks. Cook on low for 8 hours.

    Japchae - Korean Glass Noodles with Stir-fried Vegetables) \r

    Ingredients \r
    \r
    For Beef: 1/2 lb. beef, cut into 3 long thin strips (Such as sirloin or chuck)\r
    1 Tablespoon soy sauce\r
    1 Tablespoon sugar\r
    1/2 Tablespoon sesame oil \r
    1/2 Tablespoon mirin (Seasoned rice wine, if you dont have it, leave it out)\r
    1 clove garlic, chopped\r
    \r
    2 eggs, lightly beaten\r
    1/2 medium size onion, thinly sliced\r
    1 Korean chili pepper or 1/4 bell pepper, fine julienne \r
    1/2 large size carrot, fine julienne\r
    5 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced\r
    \r
    For Spinach: 11-12 oz. fresh spinach (About a bunch)\r
    1 clove garlic, chopped \r
    1/4 teaspoon salt\r
    1 teaspoon sesame oil\r
    1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds\r
    pinch of black pepper\r
    \r
    14 oz. Korean Sweet Potato Noodles (Known as glass noodles or cellophane noodles) \r
    \r
    For Sauce: 1/3 cup soy sauce\r
    1/3 cup sugar or honey\r
    2 Tablespoons sesame oil\r
    1 Tablespoon sesame seeds\r
    black pepper\r
    \r
    Salt, black pepper and vegetable or sesame oil as much needed\r
    \r
    Directions\r
    1. Combine beef and next 5 ingredients for beef in a medium mixing bowl. Toss and coat evenly; let stand at least 10 minutes.\r
    \r
    2. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. add 1 teaspoon oil; swirl to coat. Add beaten eggs swirl skillet to egg covers surface in a thin layer. Cook until its just set, about 1 minute, then flip over and cook for another minute. Slip omelet onto a plate and let it cool.\r

    3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon oil; swirl to coat. Add onion and a pinch of salt to pan; sauté 5 minutes. Remove onion from pan, keep warm. Add 1 teaspoon oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add chili pepper and a pinch of salt to pan; sauté 1 minute. Remove chili pepper from pan, keep warm. Add 1 teaspoon oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add 1 teaspoon oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add carrots and a pinch of salt to pan; sauté 3 minutes. Remove carrot from pan, keep warm. Add 1 teaspoon oil; swirl to coat. Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt* to pan; sauté 2 minutes. Remove from pan, keep warm. Add 1 teaspoon oil; swirl to coat. Add marinated beef to pan; sauté 7 minutes or until cooked through and all moisture has evaporated. Remove from pan, keep warm. \r

    4. Bring a large sauce pan of salted water to a boil. Add spinach, cook about 10 seconds, no much longer. Move spinach from the boiling water to ice water immediately. Squeeze out water from spinach as much as you can. Combine squeezed spinach with garlic and next 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix it with you hand. Set aside.\r

    5. In same water blenched spinach, add Korean sweet potato noodles and 1 Tablespoon oil. Boil noodles according to package directions or 6 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.\r

    \r
    6. whisk all ingredients for sauce (From soy to black pepper) in a small bowl, set aside. Slice cooled egg omelet into thin ribbons and set aside.\r
    \r
    7. Cut the noodles as needed. In a large mixing bowl or a large plate add noodles and pour sauce. gently mix it until noodles absolve sauce; add stir-fried vegetables and beef, toss gently to combine. Garnish Japchae with reserved egg ribbons and more sesame seeds as desired. \r
    Serve hot or at room temperature. \r

    Gyudon can be found in many restaurants in Japan and some fast food chains specialize exclusively in the dish. The largest gyudon chains in Japan are Yoshinoya, Matusya and Sukiya.\r

    Sweet Potato Gnocchi\r
    INGREDIENTS:\r
    Garlic\r
    ½ cup onion – finely chopped\r
    ½ cup chickpeas\r
    2 tbsp Mac and cheese sauce ( Recipe from day 5) \r
    Ramen Stock \r
    ½ cup black beans\r
    ½ a lemon\r
    Sweet potato\r
    2 tbsp flour\r
    \r
    Finely slice some garlic ( Goodfellas Style!) and scrape into a paste. \r
    In a greased pan add your onion and garlic pate and allow to cook down. \r
    Add in ½ a cup of chickpeas until they slightly start to brown. \r
    Add in your mac and cheese sauce. \r
    Add a splash of ramen stock. \r
    Add in your black beans, squeeze in lemon and add salt and pepper to taste. Toss in your lemon scrap for extra flavor.\r
    Place a sweet potato in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until super tender. \r
    Peel the skin off the sweet potato and lightly mash it. Add salt to extr moisture. \r
    Now you can completely mash your sweet potato and add in your flour. Carefully fold it in. Do not over mix. \r
    Place small scoops of sweet potato into boiling water. Boil for about 3 minutes and remove. \r
    Transfer your sweet potato gnocchi to the pan with chickpeas and black beans and serve. \r

  • Ear ache? Grab an onion!

    After the crap hits the fan even the smallest of things can cause much pain and or threaten your way of life. I have tested this as well as using a potato in my room when sick to pull out infections or beria from the air. With that being said, I also use it in my ear(juice) to aid my body with recovery from a infection or ache due to being hit in the ear or cut that might get infected and cause a problem. \r
    Onions are known to be a cont antibiotic and antiberial.Meaning when put on an infection, they go to work on it! Its a expectorant and that is why its used when someone has a upper respiratory infection and are trying to breath better. Simply steep it and drink! I know, it taste nasty.but what do I always say? If it tastes good its most likely NOT good for us! Bitter is better and sour is power! ;) \r

    UPDATE:\r
    Place onion juice in ear and lay on other ear for a few moments. Allow it to soak in and when you feel it has done that stand up and let the onion juice drain out of the effected ear. I normally place a cotton ball in the hurting ear to allow heat build up and prevent cold air from blowing into the ear canal. This is similar to placing a warm cloth over the hurting ear. You dont have to do this but I prefer to. DO NOT place anything in the ear if you believe you have a hole in the ear drum, seek your Doctor right away. DO NOT place any chunks from the onion in the ear, this can get lodged in the ear and cause a hole in the drum OR even other further issues. \r
    NOTE: onion juice wontlike RX ear drops that evaporate. YOU MUST drain the ear after you place the juice in it and massage the area. DO NOT leave onion juice in your ear. You will feel as though the ear is full when you place the juice in it to start with, this is normal and should go away when you drain the ear. -----much like getting out of the shower or pool and shaking the water out of the ear as you normally would.\r

    1 tbsp sugar\r
    11/2- 2 tbsp black pepper\r
    1 tsp salt\r
    1 tbsp onion powder\r
    1 tsp cajun seasoning\r

    6-7 Medium Russet Potatoes\r
    1 Small Onion, Chopped\r
    1 To 1-1/2 Cups Frozen Peas & Carrots\r
    4 Tbs Margarine Or Butter\r
    3 Tbs All-Purpose Flour\r
    2 Cups Water\r
    1/2 Cup Whole Milk\r
    1/4 Cup Graded Parmesan Cheese\r
    1/4 Cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese\r
    3-4 Tbs Ketchup\r
    2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce\r
    1 Beef Flavor Bouillon Cube\r

    1. Place a pan over high heat and add ground beef.\r

    2. Chop up onion and add to pan once ground beef browns.\r

    3. Add the ketchup, worcestershire sauce, bouillon cube, minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika and thyme.\r
    \r
    Stir in well.\r
    \r
    4. Combine water and flour. Stir until flour dissolves.\r
    \r
    5. Then add slurry to pan of ground beef.\r
    \r
    6. Reduce heat to medium heat and allow meat to simmer until juice turns into a thick gravy.\r
    \r
    7. Once gravy thickens, remove meat and gravy from pan and place in a baking pan.\r
    \r
    8. Add the peas and carrots to the meat and stir in until well blended.\r
    \r
    9. Peal the potatoes.\r
    \r
    10. Slice and dice them into small even size shapes.\r
    \r
    11. Place a pot of water over high heat. Once water comes to a boil add potatoes, cook for 20 minutes, then drain water.\r
    \r
    12. Place the potatoes back in the pot and place pot over high heat. Mash potatoes and make sure potatoes are on the dry side before adding the ingredients. Then add your milk, cream cheese, margarine or butter and stir in well. Then add the graded parmesan cheese, egg yolk, sugar, the remaining salt and pepper then stir in again.\r

    13. Place the potatoes over the ground beef and vegetables.\r
    \r
    14. Smooth potatoes out with a fork.\r
    \r
    15. For decoration purposes, garnish with 1/2 tsp paprika and parsley flakes.\r
    \r
    16. Bake on 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

    2 cups quinoa: \r
    1 large tomato\r

    Prep the quinoa the night before in two batches by cooking the 2 cups rinsed quinoa with 3 1/2 cups water for 20 minutes or until soft. Drain, leave to cool and divide between 2 containers then refrigerate overnight. In the morning, to make the tabouleh, chop up the tomato, dice the cucumber, chop the fresh mint and the red onion. Take about 1/3 of the tomato and red onion in a small container and keep that in the fridge for lunch the following day. Then take the remaining tomato, the cucumber, mint and the rest of the red onion and add it to one of the containers of quinoa with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Mix well.\r

Then in the morning, take the second container of quinoa and the rinsed, drained black beans. Also take the small pot of tomato and red onion from the day before and mash in 1/2 avocado to make a guacamole with the lemon juice, seasonings and chilli.\r

    1 tbsp oregano\r
    1/2 tbsp black pepper\r
    1 heaped tbsp tomato paste\r

    1/2 handful chopped parsley\r

    1/2 cup pomegranate juice\r
    1 tbsp sweet paprika\r
    2 tbsp dry wine (chardonnay works best)\r

    Mix well, add to meat and mix throughout so well combined. Refridgerate at least 4 hours or over night, then grill or pan fry :)

    5 Carrots\r
    1/2 Taro\r
    1 lb. Pork/Ground Pork\r
    Half package Bean Thread\r
    1/2 cup Wood Ear Mushroom (soaked in water)\r
    3 Tbsp. Minced Garlic\r
    1 Onion\r
    1 package Egg Roll Wrappers\r
    Frying Oil\r
    1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning\r
    1 tsp. Salt\r
    3/4 tsp. Sugar\r
    Black Pepper\r
    1 Egg\r
    \r

    Peel and cut 5 Carrots into long thin pieces. Then chop it shorter, put in a bowl, and set aside. Cut half a Taro into long thin pieces. Chop it short, put in a bowl and set aside. \r
    \r
    Mince 1 lb. Pork, put in a bowl, and set aside. Soak 1/2 cup Wood Ear Mushroom in water. Wait for it to expand, then chop the mushroom, put in a bowl, and set aside. Chop 1 Onion, put in a bowl, and set aside. \r
    \r
    Put half a package of Bean Thread in a bowl. Pour in hot water, let it sit for a few minutes. When it soften, drain it out, and cut into small pieces. Put in a bowl and set aside. \r
    \r
    Now you should have minced Pork, minced Garlic, chopped Carrots, Taro, Wood Ear Mushroom, Bean Thread, and Onion. \r
    \r
    In a large bowl add in Carrots, Taro, minced Pork, Wood Ear Mushroom, Bean Thread, Onion, and minced Garlic.\r
    \r
    To season add in 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 tsp. Salt, 3/4 tsp. Sugar, and some Black Pepper. Mix well. \r
    \r
    Have your Egg Roll Wrappers ready and 1 egg. To roll, place the wrapper on your surface. Add in fillings. Fold the two sides, then roll, spread some Egg on the edge to help seal the Egg Roll. \r
    \r
    Repeat until you are finish. \r
    \r
    In a pot add in Frying Oil. Wait for it to get hot. Add in the Egg Rolls to fry. When it turns golden, remove from oil and place on paper towel. Enjoy!\r

    2 lbs. boneless chicken breast (about 3 large breasts), cut into strips\r
    1/2 teaspoon dry oregano\r
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder\r
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt\r
    1 teaspoon cumin\r
    1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper\r
    1/4 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper\r
    Juice of lemon\r
    2 Tablespoon olive oil\r
    1 large onion, sliced\r
    1 green bell pepper, washed, seeds and ribs removed, sliced\r
    1 orange/red bell pepper, washed, seeds and ribs removed, sliced\r

    In large bowl.add chicken, 1 tablespoon olive oil, fresh lemon juice, oregano, chili powder, salt, cumin, black pepper and red pepper.toss ingredients together well with fork. Cover and marinate for 15-20 minutes.\r

    Meanwhile, slice onion and bell pepper. Add together in a dish.\r
    \r
    Heat skillet on high with 1 tablespoon olive oil, Add chicken to sizzling skillet for 2-3 minutes. Add onions and bell pepper. Cook for 10-15 more minutes. \r

    Add Chicken Fajita to serving dish.\r

    Sooji or Rava idli is a very healthy Indian recipe as an option for breakfast or Kids lunch box. Generally, kids dont like idli. But they will love this idli recipe because of its stuffing. Full recipe: \r

    Ingredients:\r
    For Idli Batter:\r
    2 cups of Semolina\r
    1 cup of thick yoghurt\r
    Salt to taste\r
    1 sachet Eno\r
    \r
    For stuffing:\r
    3 medium-sized boiled and mashed potatoes\r
    1/3 cup French beans finely chopped\r
    1 medium sized Onion finely chopped\r
    1/3 cup carrot finely chopped\r
    1/4 cup Capsicum finely chopped\r
    1/4 cup boiled peas\r
    Finely chopped Spring Onions\r
    ½ inch piece of grated ginger\r
    ½ tsp Mustard seed\r
    Few sprigs of curry leaves\r
    3/4 tsp Sambhar Masala\r
    Salt to taste\r
    1/2 tsp Garam masala\r
    1/2 tsp Coriander powder\r
    1/4 tsp mango powder\r
    1/4 tsp Turmeric powder\r
    1/2 tsp red chilly powder\r
    1 ½ -2 tsp Oil \r
    \r
    How to make sooji or Rava Idli for Breakfast:\r
    1. Take a deep bowl and add suji/semolina, yoghurt, salt, and mix it well. Now add water gradually and make a smooth batter. Keep on adding water until you get the proper consistency. The batter should not be very thick or thin. The consistency of the batter should be pourable.\r
    2. Mix it well with a spoon so that there should be no lumps in the batter.\r
    3. Cover it and let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, lets prepare the Stuffing.\r
    4. Take a non-stick pan and put oil in it, once the oil becomes hot add mustard seed and let it crackle. Now add few curry leaves, grated ginger and all the chopped veggies (Onion, fresh and boiled peas, capsicum, carrot, French beans). Sauté it on medium flame and cook till it becomes little soft. Do not overcook the veggies let it be crunchy. Once the veggies become little soft add boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped spring onions and all the spices-Salt to taste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mango powder, garam masala, sambhar masala, mix it until all the spices get blended well with the mixture. Keep aside and let it cool down for some time.\r
    5. After 15 minutes uncovered the batter and you will see the batter has become smooth and slightly thick as rava absorbs the water so add water accordingly to get the right consistency, mix it well. \r
    6. Batter is ready now but before adding eno keep the water for boiling and grease the mould. \r
    7. Take a deep pan and pour 1 1/2 glasses of water in it and let the water boil. Make sure that the water should start boiling before placing the idli mould in it. \r
    8. Now take an Idli mould and grease the idli moulds with some oil and keep aside.\r
    9. At the very end add eno and mix it well. After adding eno/soda do not stir too much otherwise bubbly effect will go away. After adding eno fruit salt doesnt keep batter for a long time otherwise Idli will not be spongy so spread the batter immediately. \r
    10. Now take your greased idli moulds and spoon a tablespoon of batter in the bottom and put the mixture patties in the centre of batter (To make the stuffing easy I have made small thin patties but you can also spread the mixture on top of the batter). Now spoon a tablespoon of batter again on top. Make sure that everything is totally covered.\r
    11. Repeat the same process for rest of the idli moulds.\r
    12. Put the idli mould in boiling water, cover with the lid and cook it for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.\r
    13. After 7-8 minutes uncovered the lid and you will see the Stuffed Rawa idli has become fluffy. Take out the idli mould from the pan and let it cool down for some time. Once it cools down a bit scratch the sides with a knife and removes the Stuffed Rawa Idli from it.\r
    14. Cut Stuffed Rava Idli into half and serve hot. It goes well with coconut/nariyal chutney but if you do not have nariyal chutney can serve with any coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.\r

    try this super easy and extremely yummy fish biryani,very easy to make and great in falls.\r
    rice 1.5 cups (soaked for 30 mins and boiled 80% with 3 cloves,4 G- Cradamoms and 1/2 inch cinnamon and 3 tbsp salt)\r
    Fish (DHOTAR) 1/2 kg\r
    onion fried 1 med\r
    yogurt 1 cup\r
    oil or ghee 1/2 cup\r
    ginger chopped 1 tbsp\r
    garlic paste 1 tbsp\r
    green chilies 6 to 10 cut into 2 parts\r
    fresh coriander 1/2 bunch\r
    salt 1 tsp\r
    red chili powder 1 tsp\r
    coriander powder 1 tsp full\r
    turmeric pwowder 1/4 tsp\r
    garam masala powder 1/2 tsp\r
    carom seeds (ajwain ) 1/4 tsp\r
    food color a pinch (optional)\r
    zafrani kewra essence 1 tsp\r
    cumin seeds 1 tsp\r
    whole spices (black pepper corns 15,cloves 5,black cardamoms 2,cinnamon stick 1 inch piece,star anise half,green cardamoms 6)\r
    METHOD:\r
    first fry onions with above mentioned ingredients.\r
    and keep them a side.\r
    then put fried onions,G-cardamoms,ground spices and garlic paste in yogurt and mix.\r
    keep it a side as well.\r
    now pour oil in a pot (less than 1/2 cup ) and add whole spices and cumin to fry just for 30 seconds.\r
    then add yogurt mix in it and cook til all water of yogurt will disappeared.\r
    then add 1/2 cup water and give it a boil.\r
    now make a layer of fish fillets and sprinkle fresh coriander 2 tbsp sliced ginger and green chilies on them.\r
    cook on med low flame for just 4 to 5 mins.\r
    them remove the fillets from the pot and place them on a plate in single layer.\r
    1/4 cup water should be remaining in the gravy.\r
    then add boiled rice on the gravy.\r
    and spread them evenly.\r
    now sprinkle coriander and place fish fillets on half of the rice and pour 3,4 tbsp oil on it.\r
    drizzle kewra essence and sprinkle food color 2,3 places and simmer for 10 minutes on med low flame with a flat tawa under neath it.\r
    serve with raita and salad and enjoy.

    Crêpes are made by pouring a wheat batter onto a frying pan or flat circular hot plate, often with a trace of butter or vegetable oil on the pans surface. The batter is spread evenly over the cooking surface of the pan or plate either by tilting the pan or by distributing the batter with an offset spatula or trowel.\r
    \r
    The consistency of the batter should not be too thick, nor should the pan be too hot. In either of these instances, the crêpe could be ruined with lumpiness or tears. Cooking may take 30 to 60 seconds until the cooked side looks like the surface of the moon, then it is turned over to cook the other side; one can flip it in the air by swinging the pan (air flipping).\r
    Because the outside of the crêpe is more attrive, they are typically never served inside out. \r
    \r
    Sweet crêpes are generally made with wheat flour, while savory crêpes are made with non-wheat flours such as buckwheat. Batters can also consist of other simple ingredients such as butter, milk, water, eggs, flour, salt, and sugar. \r
    \r
    Common savoury fillings for crêpes served for lunch or dinner are cheese, ham, and eggs, ratatouille, mushrooms, artichoke (in certain regions), and various meat products. The fillings are commonly added to the center of the crêpe and served with the edges partially folded over the center.\r

    Ingredients: For 6 to 8 servings\r
    \r
    Boneless fish: ½ kg\r
    Sliced dry coconut: 3/4th cup\r
    Peanuts: 3/4th cup\r
    Sesame seeds (til): 1 cup\r
    Fenugreek seeds (methi): 1 teaspoon\r
    Cumin seeds (sabith zeera): 1 teaspoon + 2 teaspoons\r
    Coriander seeds (sabith dhaniya) : 2 tablespoons\r
    Onions:2\r
    Dry tamarind: 1 cup\r
    Salt: 1 ½ teaspoon + 2 teaspoons\r
    Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon\r
    Wheat flour:\r
    Cooking oil: 5 tablespoons\r
    Ginger garlic paste: 1 ½ tablespoons\r
    Red chilli powder: 3 teaspoons\r
    Curry leaves: a handful\r
    Chopped coriander: a handful\r
    Whole green chillies: 3\r
    \r
    Procedure:\r
    \r
    1. Soak dry tamarind in 2 cups of water for about half an hour.\r
    \r
    2. Make medium size pieces of boneless fish. Add 1 ½ teaspoon salt, one teaspoon turmeric powder, mix well and keep this aside for about half an hour. \r
    \r
    \r
    3. After half an hour, add one cup wheat flour and wash thoroughly. Keep this aside.\r
    \r
    4. In a frying pan, add sliced dry coconut. Roast till they turn brown.\r
    \r
    \r
    5. Roast peanuts till they turn brown and remove the skin.\r
    \r
    6. Roast sesame seeds on low flame.\r
    \r
    \r
    7. Roast fenugreek seeds, one teaspoon cumin seeds or zeera, 2 tablespoons coriander seeds or sabith dhaniya till brown.\r
    \r
    8. Roast sliced onion till brown.\r
    \r
    \r
    9. Grind all these into a fine paste using required amount of water.\r
    \r
    10. Extr tamarind water from the soaked tamarind.\r
    \r
    \r
    11. In a cooking pan, add oil. When the oil is hot, add 2 teaspoons cumin seeds or sabith zeera.\r
    \r
    12. Let them splutter and add ginger garlic paste.\r
    \r
    \r
    13. Stir for about 15 seconds and add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, add the grinded paste.\r
    \r
    14. Keep stirring for about 10 minutes till the oil separates.\r
    \r
    \r
    15. Add red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons salt. Stir for about 15 seconds.\r
    \r
    16. Add tamarind water and add 3 tea cups of water.\r
    \r
    \r
    17. Mix well and add curry leaves, chopped coriander and whole green chillies.\r
    \r
    18. Add fish pieces to the gravy and close the lid.\r
    \r
    \r
    19. Cook on medium flame for about one minute and on low flame for about 10 to 15 minutes.\r
    \r
    Machhi ka Khatta Salan or Fish Sour Curry is ready.

    This is an easy and delicious Butterscotch Cake. Beginning with a cake mix & ending with bakery quality. You dont want to miss this one. Its amazing!!\r

    Preheat oven to 325\r
    \r
    1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding in the mix)\r
    4 eggs\r
    1/2 cup oil\r
    1 box (4 1/2 cup size) instant vanilla pudding\r
    8 oz container sour cream\r
    11 oz bag of butterscotch chips\r
    1 cup chopped nuts\r
    \r
    Mix together first 5 ingredients until well blended. Mix in the butterscotch chips and nuts.\r
    Grease & flour a Bundt pan very well\r
    Pour cake mixture into Bundt pan. Bake for 50 minutes, check for doneness and if required it can bake for a total of 60 minutes.\r
    Let the cake cool 15 minutes in the pan before turning out on a rack to cool completely. This cake does not require an icing. I iced it with 1-1/2 cups confectionary sugar, 2 tblsp. melted butter and enough lemon juice to flow over the cake with a fork. Enjoy
