How to Install Slim Bean ROM on Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-i9100

1. Download the latest Slim Bean ROM and Slim Bean GApps\r

2. Connect your Samsung Galaxy S2 via a microUSB to your computer and transfer the two downloaded zip files to your SD Card or Internal Storage, in this case -- Slim-i9100-4.2.2.build.4.2-OFFICIAL.zip and Slim_Gapps.4.2.2.build.4.2.zip\r

3. Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S2\r
\r
4. Head over to Recovery Mode by pressing the Volume Up + Home Button + Power Button for 10 seconds. The Samsung Galaxy S2 Boot screen should blink twice.\r
\r
5. Once in Recovery Mode, select Install zip from Sdcard then Choose zip from Sdcard by pressing the Power/Lock Button. Look for the Slim Bean ROM ZIP file and install it. Give it a few minutes to install.\r

6. Look for the Slim Bean GApps ZIP file and install it too. \r
\r
7. As you are coming from a different platform and ROM (In my case I was coming from the NeatROM Lite), one must do a Wipe Data/Fory Reset and a Wipe Cache Partition. Additionally, I suggest you do a Wipe Delvik Cache and Fix Permissions in the Advanced Menu.\r

8. Head back to the Recovery Menu and select Reboot System Now.\r
\r
9. Give it a few minutes for it to bootup and youre done.\r

It would ask you whether you want to overwrite the existing file then say yes. It is advisable to backup the original file first so that if you face any problem you can copy back the original file so that the game can work as it was working originally. You can edit the file further to increase decrease the graphics.\r

For Ultimate graphics quality delete all the config_******.xml files except the confiq_android.xml. You would highest quality graphics which no device shows by default however the game performance wont be great. As always backup these files first before deleting them so that you can revert back to original state by copying them back.
