Un muerto y 30 heridos en un vuelo debido a las fuertes turbulencias
Un ciudadano británico de 73 años ha muerto y más de 30 han resultado heridos –entre ellas siete en estado crítico– en un vuelo de Singapore Airlines de Londres a Singapur afectado por graves turbulencias.
El Boeing 777-300ER con destino a Singapur fue desviado a Bangkok y aterrizó a las 15:45 hora local. El avión transportaba un total de 211 pasajeros y 18 tripulantes, dijo la aerolínea en un comunicado.
«Singapore Airlines ofrece su más sentido pésame a la familia del fallecido», afirmó. «Nuestra prioridad es brindar toda la asistencia posible a todos los pasajeros y tripulantes a bordo del avión», añadió la compañía en su perfil de X.
