How to grow courgette. 1st Chapter (Cucúrbita pepo)

The courgette is a vegetable which belongs to the family Cucurbitaceae and is known scientifically as Cucúrbita pepo.
It is an annual herbaceous plant with compact foliage and an indefinite growth rate.
The root system consists in a main root which reaches an extensive growth rate when compared to the secondary roots which only spread out superficially.
It possesses a main stalk from which secondary stalks grow but they will wither unless pruning is carried out in order to induce them to branch out into two or more stems.
The plant can reach up to more than a metre in length; it is thick and cylindrical in shape, with a prickly surface which is rough to the touch. It possesses a series of short internodes, from which the leaves, flowers, fruits and various thorns sprout.

In thiswe create the illusion of our face being hit with glass shards.\r

Glass fragments and shrapnel has penetrated the skin and were left with a face thats bruised and messed up. This tutorial is also one of the most easy ones to recreate at your home. You basically only need a clear plastic bottle, some skin adhesive and a little fake blood. Of course we use a little more makeup supplies than that, but in essence, thats all you need. \r
\r
The trick to get the fake glass shards to stick to your face is to bend one end of the piece to create sort of a foot or plate. Use this surface to attache the fake glass shards to your skin using regular skin adhesive or liquid latex. We prep the little foot with some cotton to give it texture and a little more hold. After that is only a matter of covering the foot in foundation, red colour and some fake blood and youre good to go.\r

You can easily theme this look for different seasons of the year by exchanging the fake glass shards with something like Christmas ornaments, Halloween stuff like spiders or why not create a nature version with flowers, sticks and other things. You could even make a candy version with pieces of candy sticking out from all over your face. That would look pretty awesome!\r

Get 400 yellow dandelion flowers and pour 3 liters of water over them. Then, cut 4 oranges and 4 lemons into slices and add them to the mixture. Leave the mixture for 24 hours.\r

After 24 hours, strain the mixture and pour the liquid into a pot. Add 2 cups of sugar into the pot and cook for about half an hour.\r
\r
Once the mixture boils and gets thick enough, remove from heat and transfer the syrup into sterilized jars. Use the dandelion syrup to treat cold, cough, or bronchitis.\r

Spinach Sunflower Bread Recipe - Prini - Cooking With Prini

Spinach Sunflower bread.. Enchanting Bread it is.. which is not only beautiful, but very tasty too.\r

Ingredients\r
2 cup All Purpose Flour (450gms) + 1/2 cup for dusting\r
1 packet of Dry Active Yeast (2 tsp)\r
1/2 cup warm water at 110°F/ 45°C\r
1 tsp sugar\r
i tsp salt\r
1 tbsp Vegetable oil\r
1 tsp Garlic, minsed\r
\r
Filling\r
3/4th cup Spinach, boiled\r
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese\r
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese\r
2 tsp Oregano + 1tbsp for dusting\r
Salt to Taste\r
2 tsp Pepper\r
Melted Butter for brushing\r
\r
\r
PROCESS\r
\r
1. Dissolve 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast in warm water in a small bowl. Let this rest for 5-10 minutes or until the yeast is ivated.\r
2. In another bowl add in the flour, salt, vegetable oil and the ivated yeast mixture and mix this with a fork. It will form like a sticky dough. Then knead this by hands for around 5 minutes using all purpose flour for dusting till it becomes smooth and soft. Form this into a ball.\r
3. In yet another bowl, lightly oil it and place the dough just made and brush this with some more oil. Cover it and let it rest in a warm spot (microwave/oven switched off) for about 1 1/2-2hrs or until its doubled in volume.\r
4. Pat dry the boiled spinach then chop it with a sharp knife. Mix dry spinach with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and season with salt, pepper and oregano.\r
5. When the dough has risen, transfer it to a floured surface and punch out the air. Then roll it into a cylinder and divide it in 2 equal parts. \r
6. Take one of the balls of dough and roll it out to a circle of around 9inch. Then use a plate for a template, press it down lightly on the circle to get an indentation and using a pizza cutter cut the extra off. Then move this onto a parchment paper\r
7. Place part of the stuffing in the center of the circle and the remaining creating another circle around, like a donut shape.\r
8. Roll out the other part of the dough exly the same way. \r
9. Cover the first circle and the filling with the second circle and pinch the sides with your fingers.\r
10. Place a small bowl/glass over the central stuffing.\r
11. Using a sharp knife cut the stuffed dough width of 3cm/1.2inch slices/strands.\r
12. Turn them upside 90° so that it resembles the shape of a sunflower. Now cover this and keep it for resting for another 30 minutes.\r
13. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and when the dough has risen, brush it with melted butter so it gets a good golden brown colour. For some extra sunflower effect sprinkle oregano in the centre portion.\r
14. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.\r
15. Leave to cool before serving.\r

Weve had another trip to the LEGO Store and weve picked up not one, not two, not three but four pick a brick cups and weve also got a build a minifigure pack and one of these pirate sets, thats our second one. In 1. So this is Pipers first cup. Ill get these pieces out, lets see what hes got. Stay on the table, please stay on the table Lego. Right, I instructed piper to get me plenty of roof slopes cause I like building roofs out of roof slopes. We only got them in 2 by 4, theres no smaller ones or corner pieces which is a bit annoying. I want more variety, come on Lego Store. Weve got them in red and black. I saw these green bricks and I like this green colour. I though Im going to build a green wall, I said Piper, get me some of them green pieces He got 4. Thats going to be a really small wall. We go some of these tail fins for planes. He got trans yellow studs and 1 by 1 trans clear plates. Lets get it in the box. Tidy up. I hope all you kids at home tidy your Lego when youre finished playing with it, that means you should never tidy it because you should never finish playing with it. You should always play with your Lego, I do. In 2. This is my selection of Lego elements. Ive got some green plates. What else? I see some yellow jumpers. This is the last pick a brick cup of the day. Its got some sticky tape, get off of my fingers. Lets open it up. Weve got some 1 by 4 white arch pieces, but thats not all. Nice selection. White doors in frames. Flowers, white, red and pink and green stems. Im obsessed with 2 by 2 by 2 light grey slopes. More tan tile and 1 by 2 purple tiles. Green bumper pieces and 2 by 1 curved slopes. And wheel pieces. Did you know That LEGO are the worlds largest manufurer of tyres, thats crazy but awesome. Got some of these windscreen (windshield) pieces for cars. weve got a crate and inside Ive put some ruby red gemstones. Green headlight bricks and trans orange cheese slopes. This is all of the pick a brick haul. That is tons of Lego, fifty pounds worth. we only got 2 minifigures even though its a 3 pack. We were very naughty and stuffed loads of extra accessories in there hoping wed get away with it. We did get away with it I dont think they wanted to complain since we spent a lot of money. A top hat, some blue plates, stuck together heads. We wanted more faces. Weve got some seagulls, blond hair. A printed piece, I dont know what it is but I like printed pieces so I got it. A scorpion, frying pan, a long bone. Weve got a gold piece which is in the form of a crystal. We got goggles. Hello and welcome to Lego Loft. Im stacks and today weve been to the LEGO Store to buy some more Lego! Weve had another trip to the LEGO Store and weve picked up not one, not two, not three but four pick a brick cups and weve also got a build a minifigure pack and one of these pirate sets, thats our second one. In 1. So this is Pipers first cup. Ill get these pieces out, lets see what hes got. Stay on the table, please stay on the table Lego. Right, I instructed piper to get me plenty of roof slopes cause I like building roofs out of roof slopes. We only got them in 2 by 4, theres no smaller ones or corner pieces which is a bit annoying. I want more variety, come on Lego Store. Weve got them in red and black. I saw these green bricks and I like this green colour. I though Im going to build a green wall, I said Piper, get me some of them green pieces He got 4. Thats going to be a really small wall. We go some of these tail fins for planes. He got trans yellow studs and 1 by 1 trans clear plates. Lets get it in the box. Tidy up. I hope all you kids at home tidy your Lego when youre finished playing with it, that means you should never tidy it because you should never finish playing with it. You should always play with your Lego, I do. In 2. This is my selection of Lego elements. Ive got some green plates. What else? I see some yellow jumpers. Mountain Bike Anatomy - 50 parts in 5 minutes

This is a mountain bike, and at the heart of any bike is its frame. Lets start with the parts of the frame. This here is the top tube, the down tube, the seat tube, the seat stay, and the chain stay. This area down here is called the bottom bracket shell. At the very front of your bike is the head tube, which houses the steerer tube. This moves smoothly thanks to a set of cups and bearings collectively known as the headset. Above that are headset spacers and the stem. The stem, which clamps on to your handlebars, is fastened to the steerer tube with a top cap and pinch bolts. On your handlebars youll find brake levers, shifters, grips, and end plugs. All this stuff up here is collectively known as the cockpit. \r
\r
Moving down is your fork, which in this case is a suspension fork. This top piece is called a crown. Some bikes are fitted with dual crown forks for added strength. The crown is what holds your stanchions, which you should try as hard as possible not to scratch. Dont hang your bike by the stanchions.\r
\r
Down here is your brake caliper, which camps down on your rotor when you squeeze your brake lever. Some calipers are mechanical, while others are hydraulic. Hydraulic brakes push fluid through a hose, while mechanical brakes pull the caliper using a cable. \r
\r
This big round thing is a wheel. If you buy a front and back wheel together, its called a wheelset. All the parts of your wheels are held together using spokes, which connect to your rim with these little guys. Theyre called nipples. Also on the rim is a valve stem which is used for pumping air into your tires. At the center of the wheel is the hub, and inside the hub are bearings. The hub rotates around an axle. On a lot of mountain bikes this takes the form of a thru axle, which can be removed or installed by hand.\r
\r
On the rear wheel a cassette hub. This has a ratcheting mechanism built into it which is made to accept a cassette. The cassette is a set of cogs which can ually be changed to your liking. The size of each cog is measured by the number of teeth it has, and these teeth are specially designed to work with a chain. Your chain is made up of individual links, with one link in particular being possible to unfasten easily. This is called a master link. \r
\r
The chain can be shifted up and down the cassette with a derailleur, which is attached to the bike via a small breakable part called a derailleur hanger. If your derailleur hanger snaps or bends, you can just get a new one. On the derailleur itself is a long spring loaded piece called the cage, which keeps tension on the chain. The chain passes through the upper pulley and lower pulley, also known as the jockey and idler respectively. \r
\r
Moving down to the bottom bracket shell, youll find your crankset, with the most visible parts being the crank arms. The crank arms are attached to the spindle, which runs through a set of bearings which are inside the bottom bracket shell. The spindle and bearings collectively are known as the bottom bracket.\r
\r
The part with all the teeth is called the chainring. Some bikes have up to 3 of these. At the end of the crank arms are pedals, which can be found in many different forms. The crankset, chain, derailleur and cassette are collectively known as your drivetrain.\r
\r
On a full suspension mountain bike youll find a variety of stuff connecting the front and rear of the bike together, known as the suspension linkage. At the heart of all this is your shock. This is usually fastened to the linkage on one side, and to your top tube or down tube on the other.\r
\r
Moving up, we have the seat, or saddle. The two words are interchangeable, but some people think its pretentious to call it a saddle. Personally I dont care what you call it as long as you dont correct other people. In any case this is most definitely not a saddle post, its a seat post, and its held on to your bike with a seat post clamp, or collar. These days a lot of seat posts can be adjusted on the fly. Those are called dropper posts.\r
\r
So I just named well over 50 parts of a mountain bike, but all of these parts can be broken down into hundreds more.
