tonite we put my new SMD woofers into the Tahoe. Took the old BTL's out. They are still in perfect condition after a year and a half! Time for the test drive of the new SMD's though! 6600 Watts on each one! THere are 2 Rockford Fosgate T2500.1bd amps on each woofer (one per coil) and all my amps benched between 3250 and 3400watts each (1ohm, 14.4v) . Woofers are dual .7's and i am @ 15.5vdc so you do the math -

I am waiting on the other 2 woofers to get here, in the meantime i wanted to play with the new SMD/AA Subs that are just about ready for release. My test bench has a Rockford Fosgate 200 watt amp on it running off of a XSpower D680 Battery. I just wanted to see if i could get it moving. It moves pretty good considering the woofer can handle 20x the power i am putting on it with ease. Final RMS ratings to come. If you know what i am running you know how much power will be on these and it should be insane! These subs are Dual .7 ohm -

El PNV se desmarca de la huelga

El presidente del PNV, Iñigo Urkullu, reiteró que el PNV  no está de acuerdo con la huelga general planteada para hoy por ELA,  LAB, ESK, STEE, Ehne e Hiru y enmarcó la convocatoria en una  "disputa" entre los sindicatos por "tener un papel" en la actual  situación de crisis.  Urkullu, que no quiso pronunciarse sobre la incidencia de la  huelga hasta que concluya la jornada de paro, aseguró que no están de  acuerdo con la convocatoria de la huelga, "por mucho que, en su  inicio, se nos atribuyera o imputara la responsabilidad de ser  inductores o instigadores de esta convocatoria".

Cerraron en un claro clima festivo, con un estallido de euforia de  más de medio millar de independentistas concentrados frente al  edificio donde se encontraban las urnas, el Centre Moral, una entidad  cívica local con casi un siglo de existencia, y situada en la Riera  de Arenys.  Entre los gritos que coreaban los soberanistas, jóvenes en su  mayoría, destacaba 'Independencia' y 'Ganaremos', además de cantar el  Himno Nacional de Cataluña, 'Els Segadors'.  La lluvia no impidió que durante toda la tarde hubiera un ambiente  de fiesta en las calles. Se hizo un pasacalles con gigantes,  acompañados también por los 'bastoners' y una banda de 'grallers'. El 41% de los convocados han participado en la consulta independentista.

El Ibex cierra con una caída del 8,16%, la segunda mayor del año

El Ibex se desploma tras la decisión de Argentina de nacionalizar  las pensiones y cae un 8,16%, hasta los 8.995 puntos . El Ibex-35 cerró la sesión de hoy por debajo de los 9.000  puntos tras marcar un descenso del 8,16%, la segunda  caída más importante del año.  Gamesa líderó los descensos, con un desplome del 22,3%, pese a haber presentado hoy resultados, con un beneficio neto de 288  millones de euros, gracias a la venta de su división de energía  solar.    Destacan además las caídas de Repsol (-15,8%), Santander (-  9,9%) y BBVA (-9,1%), que se apunta están relacionadas con la  decisión del Gobierno argentino de eliminar el régimen de  jubilación privada en el país y el temor a nuevas  nacionalizaciones.    Sólo tres valores se salvaron de los descensos. Se trata de  Técnicas Reunidas, con subió un 3,9%, e Iberia y Abengoa, con un  0,5% y un 0,4% de subida, respectivamente.

Redada en las inmediaciones del Camp Nou

Los Mossos d'Esquadra, la Policía Nacional y la Guardia Urbana de  Barcelona realizaron en la  madrugada del ´sabado una macrorredada en las inmediaciones del Camp Nou que terminó  con 282 clientes y prostitutas identificadas. 42 de las detenidas fueron  trasladadas a la Jefatura Superior de Policía. En el operativo un centenar de efectivos de los tres cuerpos se  desplegaron por las calles cercanas al campo del FC Barcelona y el  campus universitario donde la  Guardia Urbana estableció dos puntos de control de alcoholemia. Concretamente, agentes de paisano se desplegaron en dos áreas  donde habitualmente se practica la prostitución y se identificaron  como policías, y después, junto con patrullas uniformadas,  identificaron y registraron a las personas y revisaron los  vehículos.
